After clicking on More link the following menu will be presented to you:



 

The options on the left screen are self explanatory but let us expand on the most important options. Click on the text of the topic to get more details about that topic.. For example click on "Edit Your Profile" on the picture on your left to get help on that topic.

Edit your Profile


In the user profile screen you can change all your profile information at anytime and click on save to apply your changes.

Changing your Password:

One of the most interesting options on this page is that you can change your password.

  • To change your password first type in your new password in the text box that is labeled "Password".
  • Next, re-enter your password to confirm the new password in the text box below, labeled "Enter it Twice".
  • Click on "Save" to apply the new password.
  • Logoff and Log back in with your new password!

  • Address Book




    Using the Address Book is very simple. Click on the type you want to seach by. For example to search by first name click on the First Name Button. Then type the name of the person you want to search in the text box and click on the search button. The search results will appear at the bottom of the same screen. Also you can search by alphabetical order by clicking on the Alphabetical links under the text box. Once the users are listed click on the white box next to the users you want to add to your address book and Click on the update button.


    Email Notifications

    Another interesting feature is the Email Notification which e-mails you a notification whenever there is a change in any conference that you specify.

    As shown on the right. Click on the boxes next to all the conferences that you want to be notified whenever there is a change in it. Click on "Save" to apply the choices you just made.
