"Mark Read" allows you to mark the messages that you have already read in one or all conferences so that these read messages don't appear as new the next time you log on.
To mark all messages read in a single conference, click a conference.
To mark all messages read in all conferences, click "Mark All Conferences Read" which is above the list of conferences.
You can also enable the option to Mark all messages read everytime you loggoff in your User Profile. To go to your User Profile, click on More on the MenuBar, then click on User Profile link which is the first link on the "More" page.
